Refund Policy Last updated: August 13, 2026 Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift cards Downloadable software products Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping Damages If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@dreamerie.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
